Paul O. Dillon Attorney at Law

Maine Estate Planning Law Firm — Serving Corinth and the State of Maine.

We take pride in being able to provide caring, compassionate, personalized legal services to our many clients throughout the State of Maine. We work together to:

  • design an estate plan to meet our clients’ family and tax objectives,
  • proactively plan to protect assets from the high costs of long terms care,
  • help people plan for their loved ones with special needs
  • assist in their settlement of trust based plans; and
  • assist with probate when someone dies with or without a will

We are always aware that our clients are people who need our expertise to aid and guide them.

When someone meets with Paul he will explain that their time together is going to be a two way conversation. He will ask them what their most important hopes and fears, expectations and concerns are. After listening, Paul will explain to them what legal choices they have to accomplish those objectives. He will then draw those options on the whiteboard and explain the positive and negative aspects of each option. When a decision is made about what direction to go, they, as clients, will be confident that they have a clear understanding of why they made their choice.

Whether you need to discuss creating a full estate plan or doing a simple Will; or if you need to have an existing plan reviewed, you can contact us for a free initial consultation.

Our goal is to help clients know they will be in control and their estate plan will benefit them, their loved ones, and be carried out according to their wishes.
