We’re based in Corinth, Maine, and serve clients throughout Central Maine and beyond, including Penobscot, Kennebec, and Aroostook Counties. From Bangor to Waterville, and across rural communities, we travel to where our clients need us.

Meet Paul O. Dillon

Founder & Attorney at Law

For over 43 years, Paul O. Dillon has helped individuals, families, farmers, and small business owners across Maine with thoughtful, approachable estate planning. From simple wills to multi-generational farm succession, Paul listens first and explains the law in a way that makes sense.


Paul’s Experience Includes:

  • Estate planning, elder law, asset protection, and probate assistance for Maine clients.

  • Community education through public speaking on topics like MaineCare planning, charitable giving, and business succession.

  • Collaborative planning with financial advisors, CPAs, and insurance professionals for comprehensive client strategies.

Paul holds a J.D. from the University of Tulsa College of Law and a B.S. in Zoology from Montana State University. His early career in Christian radio and television taught him to communicate clearly and serve people with integrity.
